Business Growth Manager

We’re seeking for a business development manager to oversee existing accounts as well as new sales opportunities. To thrive in this field, you must be a good listener, have a fascinating sales personality, and a passion to chase and close new business through cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making contact with potential clients to establish a rapport and arrange meetings
  • New marketing strategies are in the works, and they will be overseen.
  • Conduct research on organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while also attracting new ones.
  • Identifying and expanding new markets, as well as increasing revenue, are all important goals.
  • Attending industry events, meetings, and conferences
  • Creating quotations and proposals

additional requirement

  • Field experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • It is necessary to have excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Multi-tasking and project management abilities
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Ability to flourish in a changing environment, be proactive, and cope with uncertainty
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint are all skills that I have.
