UI Designer

We’re searching for a great user interface designer to help us create one-of-a-kind, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, UX designers, and copywriters in agile teams. You’ll be able to make informed design decisions and turn every user-experience journey into a seamless and intuitive encounter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a terrific team player who has worked with agile teams before. Ability to work closely with programmers, copywriters, and user experience designers
  • Use any of these ways to create, improve, and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to successfully express your interaction concepts.
  • Demonstrate and defend your design choices. The overall design plan, as well as your personal design thinking and basic ideas, should inform all of your design decisions (i.e. colour theory, visual weight, etc.)
  • Maintain constant awareness of changes in your industry’s standards for yourself and your design team.

additional Requirements

  • During the interview, a strong portfolio should be presented and defended.
  • Hands-on experience with wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and other design elements.
  • Working knowledge on Figma, Adobe Suite, Sketch, InVision, UXPin, and Anima
  • Basic front-end languages knowledge: HTML5, CSS3, and Javascript
  • With a problem-solving approach, come up with some creative suggestions.
  • Worked in an agile/scrum development process 
  • Be open to receiving and improving on objective feedback
