    If a business believes information in a SOFTRE profile or report is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate, it may request review or correction.

    To attach supporting documents, please email them to corrections@softre.com referencing the company name and identifier above.

    SOFTRE will review submitted evidence and update the profile where appropriate. Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular outcome.
